Simply Sweet Backyard Wedding
With restrictions on gatherings and travel, weddings have been different this year! Even though there have been challenges, many of our couples have chosen to create a day that is even more special and memorable.
Genevieve and Tony originally planned to get married in Provence, France. When the pandemic caused travel restrictions, they chose to host an intimate gathering in a backyard. They started planning their décor and flowers with us only a few weeks before their wedding date.
Despite their original wedding plans being cancelled, this sweet couple emanated pure joy throughout the planning process and their wedding day.
Bud vases were filled with soft peach, blush and ivory blooms and placed down the center of the harvest dinner table.
Our copper arbour draped with ivory chiffon fabric and smilax vine framed the amazing view of the Fraser River.
We used a variety of local and imported flowers to create this lush bouquet. Dahlias, butterfly ranunculus, roses, lisianthus, anemones, peach hypericum berries were accented with eucalyptus and gardenia foliage.
A joyful, happy celebration creating memories Genevieve and Tony will remember for years to come. We wish you two all the best!
