Haley - Owner & LEad Designer
Imaginative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating events that feel both beautifully curated and personal, Haley brings intention to every design. Her love for the industry was inspired by her mother, Kim, who flourished in weddings for over 25 years.
Driven to refine her craft, Haley expanded her expertise through hands-on experience and workshops with Sinclair and Moore in Seattle. In 2017, she founded Ruffled Rose Co., building a brand rooted in thoughtful design and meaningful connection.
Haley loves working closely with couples, taking the time to truly understand their vision and translate it into a cohesive design that feels authentic and elevated. She fosters a collaborative, positive environment within her team, where creativity thrives and every event is approached with care and intention.
ANNIKKA - Lead floral designer & Event designer
With a lifelong passion for creativity and beauty, Annikka began her journey in design at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, studying Interior Design. Her artistic curiosity soon led her to her passion for flowers after completing a Floral Design course in 2010. Since then, Annikka has developed a reputation for her artistic eye and exceptional talent in crafting signature, one-of-a-kind floral arrangements and designs.
Since joining Ruffled Rose Co. in 2015, Annikka has been an integral part of our story. With her artistic vision and creative talent she continues to bring beauty and inspiration to every event she touches!
Beth - Warehouse Manager
Beth began her journey with Ruffled Rose in 2021 and has blossomed through the years. She brings a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and natural leadership to her role as Warehouse Lead Manager at Ruffled Rose. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Beth approaches every challenge with a problem-solving mindset. She ensures that our warehouse and decor are impeccably organized, making every event set up seamless!
